Catharina Paulding

F, b. before 11 June 1699, d. after 8 February 1758
     Catharina was born in New York City, New York County, New York. She was christened there on 11 June 1699 in the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church. The witnesses were Jacobus Ver Plank & his wife, Margrieta Schuyler.1 She was the daughter of Joost Paulding and Catharina Hans Duyts. Catharina married 2nd, son of Dirck Gysbertszen Uyt ten Bogaert and Elisabeth Jans Eckerszen, on 26 November 1720 in New York City, New York County, New York, at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church.2 Catharina's husband, Gysbert, died before 13 March 1744 in New York City, leaving her a widow.3,4 Catharina departed this life after 8 February 1758 in New York City. Catharina witnessed the christening of her grandson Gysbert on this day.
