John Parker1

John was born in New Haven County, Connecticut. He was christened there on 8 October 1648 in the First Congregational Church.2 He was the son of Edward Parker and Elizabeth Wood. John married Hannah Bassett, daughter of William Bassett and Hannah Dickerman, on 8 November 1670 in New Haven at the First Congregational Church.3 John departed this life in 1711 in Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut.
