     Sir Richard de was born in Staffordshire, England. He was the son of Adam de Peshale I and Alice de Swynnerton de Suggenhulle. Sir married Aline Braose de Mowbray in 1328 in England. He was a knight. The family resided in Staffordshire, England. He was the sheriff of Shropshire between 3 February 1333 & 23 February 1335 and again 28 June 1338 to 20 July ]339. Sir's wife, Aline, died in 1331 in Staffordshire, England, leaving him a widower.3 Sir married 2nd Margery Knighton, daughter of Hugh, Lord de Knighton, after 1331.
