William Neville

     William was born circa 1405 in County Durham, England, at Raby Castle.¹ He was the son of Ralph Neville and Lady Joan (?) de Beaufort. William married Joan Fauconberg before 1422 in Yorkshire, England.¹ William & Joan had children: Anthony, Lady Alice, Elizabeth & Joan. It is not known if they belonged to Joan.¹ William had an illegitimate son, Thomas [1429]. He was the 1st Earl of Kent. He became the Lord of Fauconberg after his marriage. William departed this life on Friday, 9 January 1463. He was buried at Yorkshire, England, in Guisborough Priory.
