Pierre Pare

     Pierre was born on Friday, 10 March 1702 in Lachine, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was christened on the same day there in Sts-Anges Gardiens Church.¹ He was the son of Jean Pare and Marie-Marguerite Picard. Pierre married Marie-Charlotte Dufault on 16 May 1731 in St-Sulpice, Quebec, Canada, at St-Sulpice Church.² Pierre & Marie-Charlotte had children: Pierre [5/12/1732-8/10/1732], Marie-Charlotte [7/21/1734], Marie-Catherine [2/06/1736-6/05/1767], Pierre [2/03/1737], Marie-Marguerite [9/18/1738][m. 2/06/1758 Francois Chevallier], Marie-Therese [1/28/1740][m. 8/16/1762 Joseph Papin], Marie-Josephe [7/11/1742][m. 1/30/1769 Louis Ahie], Marie-Anne [5/24/1744-10/27/1745], Joseph [2/19/1746], Jean-Baptiste [5/17/1748-8/31/1751] & Marie-Suzanne [9/05/1750-9/18/1750].³ Pierre departed this life after 30 January 1769. He was noted as living on the marriage record of his daughter, Marie-Josephe.
