John de Mowbray , Duke of Norfolk

John de was born on Tuesday, 12 September 1415 in County Norfolk, England.1 He was the son of John Mowbray and Katherine Neville. John married Eleanor Bourchier, daughter of Sir William Bourchier and Countess Anne of Glouchester - House of Plantagenet -, in 1443 in England. He suceeded to the office of Earl Marshall at the death of his father and as such officiated at the cornation of Edward IV on 4 March 1461. John departed this life on Wednesday, 6 November 1461 in County Norfolk, England.1 He was buried in County Norfolk, England, in Thetford Priory.1
