Eliza Ann was born on Sunday, 5 November 1837 in Tymochtee Township, Wyandot County, Ohio. She was the daughter of Jonathan Beery and Magdalena Corfman. Eliza Ann married John Wesley Walton on 26 February 1857 in Wyandot County, Ohio. John & Eliza had children: Laura E. [1858-5/10/1933][m. W. T. Lowmaster], Johial Highland [12/09/1859] & Orin Ellis [12/14/1862-4/13/1922][m. Myra Bare].2 26 July 1860, Eliza and her husband John were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Eden Township, Seneca County, Ohio. Enumerated in this household were J. W. Walton [34 Ohio], his wife: Eliza Anne [22 Ohio], children: Loury E. [male][2 Ohio], & Johial [1 Ohio]. [Note - Enumerator was Thomas Baird Brown - klm]3 Eliza's husband, John, died on 22 August 1863 in Eden Township leaving her a widow. Eliza Ann married 2nd Daniel Bilger on 4 November 1869 in Wyandot County, Ohio.4 Daniel & Eliza had children: John N. [4/09/1872-6/16/1932], & Maud J. [1879][m. 9/18/1901 Jesse Laudon] . 17 August 1870, Eliza and her husband, Daniel, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Tymochtee Township. Enumerated in this household were Daniel Bilger [39 Ohio] & his wife: Eliza [32 Ohio], children: Laura Walton [female][12 Ohio], Highland Walton [11 Ohio], Earnest Walton [7 Ohio] & Clarence Bilger [9 Ohio]. He is a cooper.5 11 June 1880, Eliza and her husband, Daniel, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Tymochtee Township. Enumerated in this household were Daniel Bilger [49 Ohio], his wife: Eliza [42 Ohio], children: John N, [8 Ohio], & Maud J. [1 Ohio]. He is a cooper.6 Eliza departed this life on Tuesday, 5 October 1886 in Tymochtee Township at age 48 years and 11 months. She was buried in Seneca County, Ohio, in the Methodist Cemetery.
