Obadiah Beardsley1

M, b. 6 October 1728, d. 1807
     Obadiah was born on Wednesday, 6 October 1728 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of John Beardsley and Keziah Wheeler. He was christened there on 2 February 1729 in the Episcopal Church. Obadiah married Amy Calkins in 1751. The family resided at Fredricksburg, Dutchess County, New York. Obadiah departed this life in 1807 in Richfield, Otsego County, New York, at age 78 years.
