Sylvester Baldwin

M, b. 4 March 1677, d. 1732
     Sylvester was born on Thursday, 4 March 1677 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut.1 He was the son of John Baldwin and Rebecca Palmer. Sylvester married Lydia Minor, daughter of Deacon Manassah Minor, on 8 July 1706 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut.2 Sylvester's wife, Lydia, died on 22 April 1707 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut, leaving him a widower.3 Sylvester married 2nd Elizabeth Avery on 19 May 1724.4 Sylvester's wife, Elizabeth, died on 17 July 1728 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut, leaving him a widower.5 Sylvester departed this life in 1732 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut. He left a large estate being valued at £2,471 when his inventory was taken.6
