Adam de Baildon1

M, b. 1285, d. 1347
     Adam de was born in 1285 in Baildon Common, Yorkshire, England. He was the son of Henry de Baildon and Alice Le Rede Hawseworthe. He was with the Earl of Lancaster in the Rebellion at Ightenkill in 1323. He was sgt. at Otley Manor in 1323-1324. He was imprisioned for robery in 1334, escapted, rearrested and released with a fine. He was granted land at Bolton Piory in 1340. Adam was killed in the siege of Calais in 1347 in Artois, France.
