Bridget Allen

F, b. 20 August 1742, d. 16 April 1813
     Bridget was born on Monday, 20 August 1742 in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Jedidiah and Penelope Allen.1 She was first married 8 December 1759 in Dartmouth to Stephen Potter.2 Bridget married Gabriel Leggett, son of Thomas Leggett and Mary Embree, in Saratoga, Albany County, New York.3 Gabriel and Bridget had children: Rebecca [m. 30d 3m 1803 Bernjamin Hoag], and a son. Bridget departed this life the 16th day of the 2nd month 1813 in Stillwater.4 She was buried there after 16 April 1813.
