Hannah (?)

Hannah married John Beardsley, son of William Beardsley and Mary Harvey, in 1656. On 25 November 1667, John Winthrop Jr. wrote in his journal that he had seen Hannah & that after eleven years of marriage, she was not able to concieve a child.1 On 25 November 1667, John Winthrop Jr. “treated Hannah Beardsley for having been married 11 years unable to conceive – she was treated again on 24 June 1668.2 Hannah's husband, John, died on 19 November 1718 in Stratford leaving her a widow.3 Hannah departed this life on Saturday, 3 December 1718 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut.
